It is recommended to consume at least 400 grams or 5 fruits and vegetables per day. To achieve this number, just try to eat them every day and at each meal (breakfast, lunch and dinner, and possibly as a snack).

  • At breakfast, combine fruit with your bread, your drink and your milk product.
  • At lunch and dinner, just start the meal with a salad (or a soup) and add starchy vegetables and meat (or fish), not to mention fruit for dessert.
  • And if you take a snack between meals, consider having a fruit.
